    • Dear Sweet Friend,
I can’t believe you just wrote that comment as I was talking with my daughter yesterday about the very same thing. Sometimes we just need a good, long cry; to look up to our Heavenly Father and remember He knows the hairs on our head, every cell in our body, and loves us without expectation of us doing anything. He longs to be in relationship with us…not based on what we do but because He is totally crazy about you and me and all He creates. I get the empty feeling…I’m going to be writing on it soon. Hang in there my precious friend. You are loved, cherished, and embraced by our Lord every moment of every day. So much love your way, Colleen

  1. I hear Stephen Curtis Chapman in this, “Lay your head down tonight, take a rest from the fight, don’t try to figure it out. Just listen to what I’m whispering to your heart…and it feels like the end is closing in on you, but it’s just not true. This is going to be a glorious unfolding!

After asking my wounded, but unaccountable, philandering husband to leave a few years ago, this was all I could do. Still is sometimes. Gina
